Pre-planning Assistance

The Lufkin CVB is ready to assist you in finding professional speakers, entertainment, spouse and group tours options, along with many other suppliers to add interest and excitement to your event.

Promotional Items (Welcome Bags)

Visitor information materials including our Visitor Guide, maps, brochures on area attractions, event calendars and more. A welcome bag also includes a pen, notepad, and one Lufkin memorabilia.

The Lufkin CVB will need 2-4 weeks to assemble welcome bags. Minimum 25 participants.
Quantity is determined by peak room night.

Liaison for Local Supplies and Services

We are your connection to CVB & Chamber suppliers. The LCVB can help you find local services to assist with all your planning needs, and also provide you with a list of local organizations, holiday events, and summer camp guides.

Support Materials/City Information (Visitor Packets)

Visitor Guide

A popular request among real estate and hospital professionals, these packets include: Lufkin/Angelina Community Guide; visitor information (visitor guide, area attraction brochures, event calendar); and local telephone directory.

The Lufkin CVB will need at least ONE week to assemble packets.
