Kate Rudasill, Brookshire Brothers Catering
Kate has been in the food service industry for the past 14 years. During her years at Texas A&M University and the Texas Culinary Academy, she worked as Assistant Cook at Frontier Camp and served as the Kitchen Coordinator at the Aggie Baptist Student Ministry. Upon graduation, Kate served for eight years as the Food Service Director for Frontier Camp in Grapeland before moving to Lufkin in 2014 to accept the position of Catering Coordinator for Brookshire Brothers.
A native of Nacogdoches, Kate grew up learning to cook from her extended Southern family, which instilled in her a deep love for bringing people together with great food.
