Airport Loop

Airport Loop
The Airport Loop is one of the longer beginner rides throughout the area, and provides a steady uphill climb for beginning cyclists to increase their endurance. There are some unique sights along this route that include the Pine Valley Race Track and the Angelina County Airport. Cyclists will also pass behind the Crown Colony Subdivision and the Angelina Community College. Even though this route does not extend too far from Lufkin, it still provides great scenic views of the East Texas Countryside. View a map of the Airport Loop.

Lufkin Hudson Town Loop Alternative

Lufkin/Hudson Town Loop Alternative
The Lufkin/Hudson Town Loop Alternative decreases the original Town Loop by 7.5 miles, but is still a great beginning ride for cyclists new to the sport. There are not as many hills to climb, but instead more hills to descend, creating a fun and enjoyable ride. This route stays even closer to town, making it ideal for a quick workout during the day.
